– of prevention – for mechanisms in perfect state – strengthening of friction surfaces, decrease of dynamic wear;
– of restoration – for mechanisms with normal wear – restoration and strengthening of worn friction surfaces, decrease of dynamic wear;
– of repairing – for mechanisms with limiting wear – partial restoration and strengthening of worn friction surfaces, decrease of dynamic wear, maintenance mechanisms in operable condition up to planned equipment checkup and technical works.
Product designation and purposes:
– «РВС П0-С*» – for precision friction pairs of sliding, rolling (hydraulic systems and units, bearings, plunger pairs, high-pressure fuel pump, etc.);
– «РВС П1-С*» – for friction pairs of sliding, rolling, engagement (cylinder-piston groups of internal combustion engines; reduction gearboxes; bearings; pumps; gear, worm, rack, screw, chain gears of reducers, etc.);
– «РВС П2-С*» – for heavy-loaded pairs of engagement and rolling friction of all types (reduction gearboxes, bearings, etc.);
– «РВС П3-С*» – for open and heavy-loaded pairs of engagement and rolling friction of all types (reduction gearboxes, bearings, «wheel-rail», etc.);
– «РВС П*-С1» – a group with a low concentration of active ingredient for large volumes of lubricating systems and for prevention;
– «РВС П*-С2» – a group with an average concentration of active component for worn friction pairs in an operating condition;
– «РВС П*-С4» – a group with a high concentration of active component for heavily worn friction pairs and for small volumes of lubricating systems;
– «РВС спец» (RRC special) – for non-typical situations, materials, friction pairs and mechanisms. The product is manufactured on the request (antifriction protective varnishes, lubricants, oils, sprays, pastes, etc.).
