INCREASE

Resource increase of separate units of machinery and mechanisms in whole is achieved due to formation on friction surfaces of metal-ceramic layer, which improves properties of friction pairs surfaces and ensures increasing of the square of true contact spot of the treated friction pair.

RESTORING

Restoring of worn out equipment is performed due to the compensation of mechanical wear occurred to friction pair in the exploitation process. When reaching friction surfaces of working mechanisms, particles of the repair-restoration compound (“RVS”) change surfaces, creating new formations, which compensate wear up to the optimal values, This process possesses a property of self-regulation, since it depends upon the amount of RVS particles in the contact zone and the energy provided by friction.

UNINTERRUPTABLE

Uninterruptable regular functioning of the objects treated with RVS-technology is provided by the way of carrying out works (in the majority of the events) without taking mechanisms out from the exploitation mode and/or during the periods of equipment's planned stopping while conducting its technical service.

DECREASE

Decrease of charges for service and repair is achieved due to:

  • specificity itself of the technological operations of RVS application, which allows to decrease charges of time of the service staff if compared to traditionally executing operations;
  • resource and reliability of the equipment treated with RVS-technology, which allow its accident-free exploitation even under extreme loading. This allows to come to technical service “according to the state”, which leads to the economy of the auxiliaries, decrease of the amount of the emergency repairs and to decrease of the enterprise's losses caused by the forced idle times of the technological equipment.

ECONOMY

Economy of energy carriers, fuel and grease is provided by efficiency coefficient increase of the mechanisms treated with RVS-technology, and by resource increase of oils and grease due to the decrease of the destructive influence on them in friction pair treated with RVS-technology.

IMPROVEMENT

Ecological indexes improvement of the work of mechanisms, which get service with RVS-technology application, is in considerable decrease of noise and vibrations, and as to the internal combustion engines, it is in decrease of harmful emissions to environment additionally due to the optimization of friction pair work.
